Well, this is awkward!

This is the first proper review I’ve written in almost a year. Forgive a weary traveller, I’ve had the most turbulent of years. As my way of apologising, here’s a review of Acifer’s new mod!

This one was a nice treat. I always love the whole “I’m actively working on several HUGE projects, but to tide you over, here’s a beautifully crafted, bespoke piece that you had no idea I was making” thing, because that’s basically what Poisoned Pathways was to me.

I would celebrate 4 years of writing for Smoldering Mods Bar, but I’ll see if I can fit a year’s worth of reviews into the back-end of 2026 to make it worthwhile, yeah? Watch this space, or whatever it is they say…
